Nursing Opportunities
Fairview Hospital nurses are currently in senior management positions and play a leadership role in shaping the hospital's high-quality management and care. Nurses can choose a number of career pathways at Fairview, including management, clinical, or leadership paths. The supportive orientation program is preceptor-based and individualized to a nurse's level of experience and the unit to which he or she is applying. Fairview nurtures the unique talents of its nurses and encourages their professional advancement. The hospital will pay 100 percent of tuition for registered nurses who wish to entire college to earn a bachelor's degree. Fairview also offers support for other continuing education programs.
