Fees are based on the type of procedure that is required, the specifics of your insurance benefit design, upon your own individualized evaluation and treatment plan. Your treatment plan and all costs will be explained to you. It is recommended that the patient make payments as charges are incurred. The Dental Clinic will work with you to develop a plan for payment if this is necessary.
