Patient Relations at BMC
The patients and their attending families that come through Berkshire Health Systems facilities are our top priority. Their care is our reason for being, and satisfaction with that care is essential to the success of BHS and its network of affiliates.

Our Patient Relations professionals act as an important link between the patient and family and the patient's physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure that the patient's questions and concerns are answered and met.

The BMC Patient Relations Department is committed to the preservation of basic human rights in the healthcare setting. Our purpose is to help patients, families, providers, staff and other consumers obtain high quality care regardless of age, culture, religion, language, disability, gender or socioeconomic status.
