| Primary Duties | Responsible for researching, analyzing, and preparing reports on physician compensation, budgeting, operational, financial, and statistical trends. Responsible for developing necessary benchmarking techniques and policies and procedures to support the compensation analytical process. Produces financial forecast information and informs corporate accounting, budgeting, and business planning process. |

| Minimum Qualifications | Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related field, preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Three to five years of experience performing physician organizational and/or health care analysis. Knowledge of accounting theory, principles, and practices to identify and describe accounting systems and subsystems. Knowledge of budgeting and of cost accounting principles. Knowledge of legal and fiscal requirements and regulations. Knowledge of computer accounting systems, spreadsheets and applications. Skilled at communicating financial information. Skilled in interpreting and analyzing data. Superior software skills (Excel, Access, Word, and Data Warehouse). Skilled in examining documents for correctness and interpreting their accuracy. |
