| Minimum Qualifications | The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through the completion of a Master's Degree in Hospital Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (Pharm D). Completion of an ASHP accredited management residency preferred. Licensed in the Commonwealth of Mass. with a current registration preferred. Previous experience in a like hospital pharmacy supervisory/management capacity to include experience with automated dispensing technology for a minimum of one year. Must be an energetic leader who embraces change. Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently with minimum direct supervision with the ability to set priorities and make critical decisions. Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated management, interpersonal, and team skills are essential. |
