Acts as a clinical resource to inter and intra departmental personnel. Balances a variety of responsibilities to strive for optimal clinical quality, staff development, and patient care. |

| Minimum Qualifications | Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in area of major. Ability to comprehend and write the English language. Licensed or eligible for licensing in Massachusetts. Excellent communication skills. Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met. 3 to 4 years of clinical experience. |
