| Primary Duties | Responsible for operation and supervision of the Radiation Oncology technical and administrative components. Monitors and evaluates third party standards in the modality and advises Radiation Therapist and Administrative Director in the development of a program of compliance. Requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to act rapidly in critical situations. Promotes and maintains a safe environment for patients and staff. |

| Schedule | 40 hour day position. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Must have completed formal AMA approved Radiologic Technology Program. Must hold current Massachusetts State License and current registration with American Registry of Radiology Technologists. Must be credentialed Registered Radiation Technologist. Minimum of three years experience as Radiation Therapy Techologist. Must be able to function independently and proficiently in a high stress, work intensive environment and possess a basic understanding of management and supervisory skills. Must be able to move and lift patients, equipment, and supplies on a regular basis. Good verbal and written communication skills. |
