| Primary Duties | A Surgical Technologist is a paraprofessional qualified by a didactic and clinical training to provide Services in the Operating Room under the supervision and responsibility of the Operating Room Manager or her/his designee. As part of the Operating Room Team, he/she is responsible for the technical aspects of the patients surgical intervention. The Surgical Technologist and Circulating Nurse work as a team as the surgical patients advocate. |
