Pharmacy Department at Fairview

The Pharmacy Department of Fairview Hospital is staffed  by a Registered Pharmacist and two certified and registered pharmacy technicians.

The department services in-patients and out-patients.  Pharmacy services are also provided to employees and their families.

FVH Pharmacy can be reached Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm at 413-854-9667. On the off hours, pharmacy can be reached by calling 413-528-0790, ask for the Supervisor of Nursing for directions on how to reach the pharmacist.
