Learn how to keep your blood pressure in a healthy range and receive a free automatic blood pressure cuff to keep a record of your numbers. The BHS Diabetes Education program is offering classes providing information on a wide variety of topics related to diabetes self-management. Classes are held over four week periods in February and March, and you can register online. Click for
